Buenos Aires Leads in LatAm on AT Kearney’s 2018 City Index

Argentina’s capital ranked 25 on the list, ahead of Sao Paulo, Brazil at 31; Mexico City, Mexico at 38; Bogota, Colombia at 55; and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil at 56.

Surprisingly, Guadalajara and Monterrey, Mexico, fell far down the list of 135 cities, at 98 and 99 respectively.
