Estela Strikes BPO Acquisitions in Peru and Chile

Latin American technology firm Estela expanded its tax compliance services across the region with the acquisition of BPO companies DBNet and DigiFlow.

DBNet, a Chilean BPO company with approximately 150 employees, serves over 1,500 corporate clients. DigiFlow, a Peruvian pioneer in digital compliance, serves more than 700 clients.

Estela was born out of the merger of five companies specializing in billing and electronic data interchange (EDI) services.
