Estela Strikes BPO Acquisitions in Peru and Chile

Latin American technology firm Estela expanded its tax compliance services across the region with the acquisition of BPO companies DBNet and DigiFlow.

DBNet, a Chilean BPO company with approximately 150 employees, serves over 1,500 corporate clients. DigiFlow, a Peruvian pioneer in digital compliance, serves more than 700 clients.

“The acquisition of DBNet and DigiFlow will allow us to extend our tax compliance services throughout Latin America,” said Patricia Santoni, Executive Director at Estela. “Tax and regulatory compliance are complex and challenging in many Latin American countries. With these acquisitions, international companies expanding into the region can now trust a single provider for their tax compliance needs.”
