Francisco leads the Digital Business Technologies division for Minsait North America. He is passionate about sharing his vast knowledge and skills with the development of new talent. He enjoys his role of adjunct professor teaching Technology Innovation at Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is also a speaker at different conferences and universities. He constantly contributes to generate innovation and digital technologies contents with the business and tech media.

He has worked in different sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, health, energy and retail; all of them with experience in different digital transformation technologies as well as in multi-country projects.
He is a faithful believer in learning new things and sharing knowledge, an aspect that has led him to give conferences, courses and workshops at all levels (from robotization for children as chairs or training projects in universities).

Kirk Laughlin

Kirk Laughlin is an award-winning expert in information technology and offshore BPO/ contact center trends and strategies. Laughlin has emerged as one of the foremost thought-leaders on the expansion of cross-border services, outsourcing and inward-investment in the Americas.
